Is the OSHA questionnaire mandatory for all fit testing?
Yes, the OSHA questionnaire is a mandatory initial step for all fit tests. It helps assess an individual’s suitability for respirator use and determines the need for additional tests, such as the Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
